Hello, I have been using the technic launcher for a while now with no problems but recently thought I would try some of the modpacks on the discover tab. When I click install on any modpack I will get the banner saying "installing mod: bltadwin.ru 0%". This will stay at 0% for roughly 3 minutes and the. Found the issue. these are the steps I did to resolve it 1) delete the zip file from Dropbox 2) resubmitted the zip file to dropbox 3)on my desktop folder linked to dropbox I right-clicked my zip folder and seleced "Share dropbox link" 4) opened notepad and changed dl=0 to dl=1 5) reposed the mudpack location in my mudpack folder on the technic website 6) clicked on versions and made a version. He says that the download would get stuck at 0% for whatever mod would start downloading first, and he tried 5 different times, to no avail. He tried deleting the pack, bltadwin.ruc file in %appdata% altogether and practically decimating any technic anything he could find on his computer and redownloading the launcher with no luck, also. For some reason the technic launcher is not allowing me to download any modpacks. I have tried all modpacks and all that appears is a 0% in the loading bar which quickly disappears. I have tried restarting the launcher, resetting the modpacks, restarting my computer and nothing seems to work.
