Recently I installed qBitTorrent so I could download some episodes of a Creative Commons-licensed TV series. I simply used apt-get install qbittorrent, ran qbittorrent, then added the torrent files, and pressed "start".I noticed that the series would take too long to download, so I quit qBitTorrent when it was at 10%. Qbittorent shows its downloading the torrent but it stays at 0%. How to fix qbittorent, when I used magnet link from the same page in a windows PC, it downloaded the file pretty quick, so it is possibly an issue with qbittorrent package. So I use a VPN and all was awesome torrenting anonymously but now all of a sudden torrents refuse to download and QBittorrent says that the connection status is "No direct connections" and all my torrents are stuck at 0% Anyone know any fix? it used to work flawlessly using Mullvads' guide on how.

If you don’t know your headline speed, go to bltadwin.ru or other speed testing site and find out. Then select Speed in the left pane of Options within qBittorrent. Set Upload speed in the Global Rate Unites Upload. Then set Download to something similar. Deleted torrent/files and re-added, same deal. I checked for updates, downloaded/installed latest version, tried again and same deal. I've added files earlier tonight and later and all work fine. What's odd is that it seems to be downloading and showing a download speed. It's an GB file, but, after 30+ minutes at kB/s the % should.
